Winter School 2026 Printmaking MONOPRINTS
Discover the wonderful world of MONOPRINT that allow for unusual freedom and spontaneity. The print can be bold or delicate, resemble a watercolour, pastel or oil painting and show a wide range of textural and tonal qualities. As the name implies, only one good print can be taken, either by hand or with an etching printing press. The image must be printed before the ink or paint dries therefore a slow drying oil based litho ink or oil paint should be used.
